- Representing the Vendor in negotiating, structuring and implementing a multi-million dollar share purchase deal with a U.S. based construction conglomerate with sales in excess of 2 billion dollars.
- Acting as Lead Counsel in Ontario in a complex multi-jurisdictional corporate and tax reorganization for a group of companies representing an aggregate value of over 70 million dollars.
- Providing strategic guidance to several foreign entities with respect to their Canadian expansion and further implementation of their Canadian legal structure.
- Representing numerous medical professionals with the incorporation of their Medical Professional Corporation (MPC) and regularly acting as Counsel in the purchase and/or sale of their MPC.
